icek 0 Posted January 30, 2006 Hi all Bought a 16Channel CCTV DVR card last year from China via Ebay. Asked the seller if it worked on 2003 Server and the answer was yes. Anyway to cut a long story short, got the card which did not work on 2003 but did work on windows 2000 and after alot of messing about and not much help from the supplier, I managed to get it working on Win2K and it has been very stable. HW is a P4, 2x80GB HDD's and 512RAM using an Application called Safeking which looks and feels like magicradar and Kd-Net. Obviously I want to be able to use this card on a windows 2003 server and I came across this forum and have managed to get the card to work using KD-net software. Problems 1 CPU is running at 95-98% which is too high 2 Remote connection via KD-Net client will connect but no video Also is there any other software which is compatible with this card and better....... icek 0 Posted January 30, 2006 The CPU is Intel Celeron 2700 Mhz The Board is MSI MS6526G The Chipset is Intel Brookdale I845G Standward windows firewall and no AV - yet ! Its a dual boot system that I am running and until it all works on windows 2003 Server, I will continue to use windows 2000.
