I have downloaded the Zviewer app and googled everything I can think of and nothing is working. My ADSL Modem/Router is a Netgear D6200. Please help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jazzar 0 Posted June 29, 2014 have you checked settings for port forwarding that need to be set up in your router so that the router will pass the info on to your dvr instead of blocking it. a quick check on google / youtube for dvr port forwarding should point you in the right direction. you need to know the specific ports for your DVR. JDookie 0 Posted June 30, 2014 I had the same issue not being able to view video on my iPhone with the Zviewer app after following all the tutorials as well, and it ended up being the mobile port not being forwarded properly. All of the tutorials stated to forward port 83, which is the main video stream, but not the mobile stream. Port 34599 is the mobile port that must be forwarded in order to view on a phone.
