Problem connectivity

PLZ help me , i can't connect with my DVR with Dyndns

it's worked in LAN perfectly .

We need more information.

 

1 - have you forwarded the ports necessary in your router?

 

2 - have you setup a DDNS entry in your router or DVR? and did it show as a valid connection? (only use one not both)

 

3 - did you verify that the ports you forwarded are indeed open? (use this to figure it out: http://www.canyouseeme.org/)

i get on canyouseeme .

Success: I can see your service on 41.140.77.57 on port (8888)

Your ISP is not blocking port 8888

I can access to software platform but i can't enter to view my cams
