mort1968 0 Posted June 30, 2014 help required before you start I know what a idiot ive been im new to the cctv side of things ive decided to install cctv to my house and purchased a second hand dvr ( as in subject) all was going fine until I thought I would be clever and update the firmware. to cut a long story short I though the dvr was a 16 channel so I downloaded the service pack for cop symphony 15-sym16 and installed it on my dvr over the internet. then the problem started I cannot now access my dvr to do anything at all. all I get is the symphony logo showing I cannot get to logon screen ( ive then realised what I had done). does anyone know how I can resolve ( I have tried downloading the correct vision but nothing happens) please if you can help it would be appreciated im at my wits end and the mrs is giving me grief tony Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
