brettboulet 0 Posted July 2, 2014 I have a small business and recently my intellex dvms 16000 crapped out. I got a replacement from ebay. It powers on and cosmetically looks pretty good. When I power on I get an ntldr error message. could it be that the guy shipped one without a hard drive? I opened both up and the both look like they contain all the same hardware. any ideas on how to get this up and running for my business? or at least where I should start trouble shooting. I have no experience with these systems...
Samir 0 Posted July 4, 2014 This would be a software error. ntldr is part of the boot sector for the hard drive. Something either wasn't installed right, or went wrong. Can you not contact the seller and get a replacement?
