Digimerge DVR CMS-d3 software won't open on MAC computer

I'm trying to open the CMS-d3 software from Digimerge website, it downloads ok, but won't open on mac, the software on there page shows for mac, but when i click it just bounces and then has a fail to open error, i have called Digimerge and they claim they have no problems and others have downloaded recently and no problems, however i called Apple tech support and they tried to download and couldn't get the program to open.... so has anyone else had a problem, could it be something blocking it from opening ???

Hi if you delete all cm and files then do an update on your mac then reload cm
