Cile 0 Posted July 5, 2014 Hi, I bought new Avtech AVP571 PTZ camera, it was eazy to install, every thing is OK, but PTZ Control did not work. The lens stay at one direction and don't move to eny direction when I try to move with PTZ fuction. Tried both from IE, Mozilla and Eagle Eyes App, the lens don't move eny millimeter..? The firmware version is 1044-1022-1026-1012-A5, don't know is there new version, can't found were I can download the new firmware (if there is new firmware available)???? Checked the Power and it is 12 V, 1,5 A so it seems that is some problem with the motor inside. Did the reset on camera, did new configuration, all function works but cannot move lens...?
