Geovision GV-FE520 vs. GV-FE521. What's the difference?

I have read the datasheets and their website, as well as vendor websites. I cannot tell these apart at all.

 

There appears to be one key difference. The 521 is much cheaper.

 

Are there any reasons to buy a 520 over a 521, or would it just be pissing money away?

 

I am looking at a hybrid system of Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I cameras to spot certain areas and GV-FE521 to cover everything. I have lots of small inventory slots and shelves that I want to be able to see, so the 521 would be great for that, with a Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I covering the entrance door and over the cash register and a corner technician's table.

I am pretty sure the 520 has some export restrictions. I know the 521 is the one typically sold in the USA.

 

EDIT: Now I am confused because the USA Geovision website shows the 521, but here is the main Geovision page on both:

I thought the 520 had a built in microphone and speaker for two-way communication & the 521 only had a microphone (Listening only).

 

But, after looking at the specs they both state, “Built-in microphone and speaker”??
