Here's its go: 4 cams -2 everfocus (outside) and 2 digital watchdog (inside) 1 DVR -ECOR -everfocus RG6 = 30 feet max each cam Altronix power supply 2.5 amps max (gauge 18) ------ The problem is that when i connect everything, the cam begin with very good image...then after: 1 minutes: begins to make some lines like ground loop 2 minutes: color fade to black in white 3 minutes: fuzzy picture 4 minutes: ghost image with sometime complete black screen or blue Its like progressive invasion of something like RFI or EMI I got some fluorescent in the ceiling but not many. The building is in concrete block with metal siding. It's a car garage. It's on all cams not only inside one's. I try with ground loop isolator but don't work I try with new power , don't work. I try another AC wall plug. I try to make some cheater AC plug to remove ground pole...don't work. If i connect everything then after the ''invasion'', if i disconnect the cam from the dvr and i wait 2 mins. then reconnect, fuzzy image again. THE WEIRD THINK IS WHEN I CONNECT MY MOBILE MONITOR EVERYTHING IS OK....see the vid Sorry for my english... Please help me with this.... ssnapier 0 Posted July 8, 2014 You are using the test monitor at the DVR end of the cable? If so, it sounds like the DVR is the issue. If you still have warranty left on the DVR, use it and get a new one. If you have no warranty, it is time to start shopping. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Are all your cameras on a single power supply and when you use the test monitor, are you using the cameras power supply or a separate one? The progressive nature of the GL as you describ it gives the me feeling that perhaps your Power supply could be at fault, however if you are using the same power supply on your test monitor and the picture is good, have you waiten a period of time to see what happens to the test monitor. If all your cameras are reading 1vP-P at the receiver end (DVR) then probably there is an issue with your DVR but doesn't sound like it YET I would look into the power supply as a 'good suspect' as they say on CSI Eliminate that suspect first.
