jazzar 0 Posted July 24, 2014 Get the Trainees supervisor to look into it, since the Trainee should be getting Trained- not his fault if he's not yet qualified. break it down into little steps- check if the data that is changed remains set once router is powered off/on. then check if stuff works ok locally before trying remote access.
