Quick question folks, does the Hikvision NVRs bought on AliExpress comes with a hard drive installed and if so what size is it?

 

also does it come north american standard 110v power cable or european power cable?

Should not have a hard drive.

Power cable is probably European, but you may get an adapter.

The unit has an IEC inlet, so it's easy to get your own cable anyway.
