zsnovak60 0 Posted July 20, 2014 Dear All, I have got a cctv system installed with 5 cameras. They were working well till recently. But the other day when checking the screen I could see only flashing blue video loss message on all five channels. (sorry if it is not clear, English is not my native language, and I am bad with technical terms anyway) It happened from one day to the other, checking it around midnight it was ok next morning it was not. Behind the blue screens originally I could see the camera view for milliseconds. But I made the mistake to press the power button, and since than only black image appears for those ticks behind the blue video loss message. Any advice would be appreciated. mgb 0 Posted July 20, 2014 If all the cameras are out, it may be a power issue. Off the top of my head, I'd say the power supply feeding all the cameras is dead (or powered down) The camera view that was briefly showing may have just been the last images from the camera and shutting it off and back on again just cleared it out.
