indieguy 0 Posted July 30, 2014 I have recently aquired two borescope type cameras. Does anyone know if these are typically used for security work, building/engineering inspections or medical? ssnapier 0 Posted July 30, 2014 Borescopes are used for two things that I am aware of. The first is to inspect the barrels of weapons, and the second is to inspect water or gas lines but typically those include a light source. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
mgb 0 Posted July 30, 2014 Yes like already said, borescopes are typically used for pipe inspections as well other tight areas. They wouldn't be used for security in the sense that a security camera would be. I have a wifi borescope that I use some times when installing.
