Vivotek PZ8121 connectivity with AMX NXT-CV7 Touch Panel

Hey there, can anyone help me out in sorting out this issue;

I would like to get the PTZ controls in the AMX-NXT CV 7 Touch panel which is connected with VIvotek PZ8121 Network camera.

Video image is being available to get to the panel, but no PTZ controls unfortunately. If anyone has any good knowledge about it. Appreciate you immediate response.
