(ONVIF problem) operation of CANON cameras using Honeywell D

We have a customer who is currently using Honeywell EBI 410.2 and the DVM version used is R400.In the list of cameras accepted by the system only the standard definition network cameras cameras from canon are listed.But the specific requirement from our customer is they want to use the HD and Full-HD cameras from canon.

 

They are ready to upgrade the DVM if need be .But there is a lack of clarity from the Honeywell side as the ONVIF profile in use is not mentioned....just a vague "ONVIF compliant software"

 

The canon cameras are ONVIF 2.2 profile S(for details on the camera please Google and then click on the first link)

 

 

My question is what DVM version do i recommend them to upgrade to?Is it really necessary?How expensive will the upgrade be?

 

and the customer is very specific that he wants to stick with Honeywell DVM because its already integrated with other systems like HVAC and access control using the EBI.
