Chinese firmware on a Hikvision 2032-I and I can't switch

On the sellers images there was clearly an English Firmware shown. Is there some easy workaround to set the firmware to English? (I can't spot one - but I can't read Chinese ) Or should I simply file a dispute with Aliexpress?

Just return the camera, I believe Ali allows you 30 days to do so.
