Kindly see attached photo, dvr not booting at all! is there any technical solution? can I upgrade firmware ?

Hi. Open your unit and then unplug hard drive then try and reboot.

 

If still no luck then I can send software to load

Hi everything sent to your pm

 

This is the new firmware.

 

Extract from your PC to memory pen .... Insert pen into dvr then start dvr up

 

 

At the end you will be asked to insert cd key ..... Use the serial number on back of your unit instead

I cross checked link you sent me and dvr I have is not nano type, its EH111H-4+ so can you send me recovery firmware for this?
