Bolster 0 Posted August 22, 2014 Q-see is recommending reformat the hard drive (which did nothing) and now update the system. But isn't it possible this is a camera issue? I asked Q-see if these were Dahua cameras and they said no. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
buellwinkle 0 Posted August 24, 2014 Q-See like most of the larger OEM's is not loyal to one manufacturer and that camera is definitely not Dahua. That is a weird effect, but since the camera is analog, the issue is probably with the DVR. Are you seeing this only on one camera or all the cameras? mgb 0 Posted August 24, 2014 Could the problem possibly be coming from digital noice reduction (dnr) or wdr being set high? Also I understand that hdsdi is very picky on csble quality, just wondering if all cabke on this intall is equal and if problem is on all the cameras or just one.
