jimmyb79 0 Posted August 27, 2014 Hi we recently purchased this dvr to put to an existing CCTV camera network that had the DVR removed. We came to set it up today but when we switched it on it shows the QVIS LABS initial screen then powers down and powers up again. We were concerned that it had been left unused for a number of months before we were able to start setting it up so replaced the BIOS battery but to no effect. jimmyb79 0 Posted August 29, 2014 Hi TomCCTV, we tried this originally and it made no difference. A friend has tested the board, and its providing the correct voltages and suspects the firmware may need flashing but I cant find anything on the internet. Any ideas?
