Just need a good NVR with alarm inputs

Hi,

 

I need a decent NVR for a 2-camera POE system that has alarm inputs such that when the alarm triggers, the NVR starts recording (and ONLY when the alarm triggers). When the alarm resets the NVR should stop recording.

Btw, alternative would just be a good POE camera that does the same thing (is there such a thing?)
