HELP! PSS 4.06 Menu windows cut off on laptop and PC display

Hello everybody,

does anyone know how to fix following display-failure:

 

PSS is opening in full display size shows all cams etc. in the correct size. But when I open a menu like "config" an then "option" I see approx. the half menu like the attached picture shows.

 

 

This happens on a WIN7 x64 PC with resolution 1920 x 1080 and a laptop with Win8 x64 and 1920 x 1080 with 60Hz .

So it is impossible to make any changes to devices, system etc.

 

On an older laptop computer with WIN7 home Premium x64 and resolution 1600 x 900, 32bit, 60Hz it works well. ( So I have to change any parameters in the other units, I can export from this computer the config-files and import via network to the others - but this is no solution at all )

 

Please help, I tried since months all like reinstall new version of PSS, Service packages WIN7, changing resolution etc. without success.

Zank you very much for your answer. This solved the Problem partly. But is there any other solution, changing the textsize in the PSS itself somewhere possible?
