Baileyb 0 Posted September 1, 2014 Hi, I have a few Hik camera's (2032) (Chinese versions) and installed one of them on the weekend and one of them the IR lights do not illuminate. Is this a faulty camera or a setting. The picture works fine in the day but nothing at night time.

MaxIcon 0 Posted September 2, 2014 You can also put it into night mode manually just to check that they're coming on at all.

catseyenu 0 Posted September 3, 2014 Where can you disable its IR-lights? Camera configuration accessed through the browser.
empedokles 0 Posted September 3, 2014 This is fairly obvious, but Hikvisions GUI still is a nightmare to use.
empedokles 0 Posted September 3, 2014 Found it, but now I get lots of noise.
Baileyb 0 Posted September 3, 2014 You can also put it into night mode manually just to check that they're coming on at all. Found the setting to turn on and off. Thanks, seems to be working atm. How can you do them manually to check working in daylight for future cameras?
MaxIcon 0 Posted September 4, 2014 To check auto-switching, I either turn off the lights in the garage as I set them up, or drape a towel over it. For manual switching, it's on the image settings tab. I believe the actual location changes depending on if you have profile switching turned on or not, but I'd have to check.
