clive23 0 Posted September 4, 2014 Hi newbie question. I have a H.264 16 channel with various CCTV Cameras all night & Day. The cameras are set for Night & Day as I record badgers and foxes in the garden. The first system of IR Lights was by LED. All recordings were of fair quality but I wanted more light. So I got a pair of Derwent infra red lamps 300. The light is much brighter as I wanted but the Cameras and recording started to "Blink" on the recordings. That is Good IR Picture, shut down for say 15 seconds come back on again for a minute then off. I have reverted back to LED which the cameras of all makes work in this light. How can I manage the cameras? Clive
Don Stephens 0 Posted September 4, 2014 Do you have any screen shots you can show us; both with and without the IR illuminators.
danielsimoons 0 Posted November 20, 2014 the color is very off when it comes to IR cameras. So its basically choosing the best camera fro your lighting, it is better to use a shutter adjustment.
