Swann HD Camera very blocky

Hi,

Is this normal for a Swann NVR4-7072 with NHD-805 720p camera at night?

There is a street light across the road.

If i have it inside my garage at night it is good quality.

But outside it is very blocky.

Daytime is very good.

Its outside on the roof top pointing down towards the road.

Nope, that wouldn't cause problems with the IR. Have you prayed with the camera settings? Try to default them to see if it changes anything.

It's should be noise for the camera is not well at low lux enviroment.

You should try and aim it so the stuff at the bottom of the picture is out of frame. Turn it more towards the car in the driveway and get the roof out of frame. That might not clean up the picture entirely, but it should help.
