sunnyny 0 Posted February 9, 2006 If I get a 4 channel DVR, how can I view it internally in office on 4 different tv monitors(just to view only, same 4 screens on all the tv monitors). Should I just split the signal thru a distribution amplifier. Thank you
JMANOFNVS 0 Posted February 9, 2006 If the distance isn't to far you can get away with an inexpensive 1in 4out DA for under $100 and it would work fine. If the distance is over 1000 ft you will need to spend a little more $. If you already have the TV linked together through cable you can always modulate it and save some wiring. VST_Man 1 Posted February 9, 2006 wire the monitors in a series and monitor out of the DVR.............should be ok on all with no amplifier, but, if you need one you'll know, and you may only have to put a simple single one in.
JMANOFNVS 0 Posted February 10, 2006 This is what most of my customers use for something like what you are doing. http://www.ktlcctv.com/web/pdf/SPL1006.pdf
