Henriks 0 Posted September 13, 2014 I'm running a few cameras on a Hikvison NVR - and i'm using the Hikvision iVMS-4500 iPad app to view the cameras on. My problem is that i can view the cameras on the iPad, when accessing my network from an external IP (e.g. from my iPad's 3G connection) - but as soon as i try to access the App from an internal IP (enabling iPad's WIFI) - i cannot view the camera streams. Something is working correctly from outside my network, but not from the inside Can anyone here maybe point me in the right direction, as the where to search to solve this ? Securame 0 Posted September 13, 2014 Your router probably does not support NAT loopback. When you try to access them from inside the network, you should be using the internal IP address, and not the external one (WAN, dyndns, hik-online, etc).

Securame 0 Posted September 14, 2014 Any way to work around this issue ? Yes, as I said, when you access from the internal network, you have to use the internal IP address, not the external one. Create/configure a second device on iVMS-4500 HD using the lan IP address.
