Richard A 0 Posted September 17, 2014 I am having some critical issues with an XRN2016 I purchased some months ago from HDCCTV. The latest suggestion to solve the problems from Y3k was to install the MAC compatible version of the software, which appears to have made things worse. Fundamentally, since I had the unit, successful login to the system has been intermittent - even via local login to the attached display. At the moment I am unable to login to the unit at the local display, or remotely either. I am however able to view the cameras using Goolink on my iPhone, but am not able to view them on my iPad - 'Username or pwd error!'. Has anyone else had issues like this? Richard. GhostRider 0 Posted September 27, 2014 need more info, is the NVR connected to a monitor/display? if so can you view the cameras and log into the menu? which is done by right clicking the mouse on the screen Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
