security system that also supports door answering cam

I have a beginner's question. the system I have in mind, is a nvr system with 2/3 cameras to place around the house, this seems easy to achieve, for example this one:

My question is, is there a module for doorbell video/intercom? Right now, all I can find are separate systems.
