Older system (Oct '06) video issues

Greetings all from Oregon, the shower me state. As the subject line says this is an older unit that has worked well for me over the years. Of late, I'm having video issues with backup vids from a couple of my security cams. One is the image above and choppy video. My system head unit is a 4 channel CRV with CD-R drive and 80 Gig HDD with 1 USB port manufactured by CCTVFACTORY. Being more of a motorhead than an electronics techie, I need a little help here on how to address these issues.

Does this only happen in Playback or do the lines show in LiveView also?
