3G Mobile DVR - Is there anything out there?

Hi guys,

thanks for the opportunity to post to this forum.

 

I was looking for a 3G mobile DVR to send a video signal (0.1fps) to a FTP server. A sort of "webcam" transmitter.

 

I only found the Servision 2channel 3G mobile DVR, but it's really too expensive! Do you know any similar solution or alternative?

I have made a software system for law enforcement, that uses 3G/4G on an Android phone to stream live video/audio to a remote server to view/record. Basically, there's 3 pieces of software: client app on Android, Windows server software, controller app on Android or PC.

 

Is that the sort of thing you're looking for?
