is this good equipment?

i was looking on new egg when i found gw security. which lead me to shoppingcctv.com which is their consumer site.

 

i am looking for a 4 camera hd ip system with poe. i don't know if you would recommend buying a complete system or if piecing it together is the less expensive better way to go.

what do you think of the quality? is this worth buying? if not could you guys please guide me in the right direction, also would like to try to stay in same price range. $600-700 if possible.

Have you look at Costco?

If I had to go with one of the two I would go with the Lorex, they have good customer support and are within your price range.
