Problem with iVMS-4500 and HiK Vision NVR.

Hi Guys, I`m new at this forum and I can`t deal with the problem

 

My problem is:

I`ve got few cameras Amovison which working on NVR HiK Vision DS-7616NI-SE/N at ONVIF protocol. They are working fine on local network and when NVR id connected to the monitor, but I can`t see them outside my local network. They`ve got Management Port 1018, I changed settings in camera to port 8000, so now status is online but live viem not working.

Is it any solution for that, it is very important to see it outsiude.

 

I waiting also for 4 cameras HiKVision DS-2CD2132 and will connect to that NVR, my other question is,can I connect 12 cameras ONVIF and 4 HiKVision. There are 8 channels dedicated to HiK Vision Cameras

For now NVR recognizes me 8 cameras ONVIF from 10, other 2 can`t be added.

 

Client bought it all staff and now I need resolve the problem, I hope last resort will be to buy 10 more HiK Vision cameras.

 

Please for some advice.

Do they come up as active to select on the app? or online? Maybe change the port to something else.
