new camera Sony FCB-EX980 - serial intereface is not working

Guys,

I'm lost.. I have three cameras Sony FCB-EX980, one is used and other two are new. Serial communication on the old used camera works fine with Sony software through COM port, but the NEW cameras just don't work!

 

I was trying to set address, send if_clear command, no success at all. Video works, zoom buttons work as well, but serial communication is not working.

 

Do you have any idea what might be a reason?

the reason is a baud rate.. but now I have another problem, I cannot change a baud rate
