Powerline with Hikvision DS-2cd2132-I email problems

I have this camera attached with rosewill powerline adapter and have not been able to configure to receive motion detection emails. I get these messages that network could not be configured. I have 2 other Hikvision DS-2cd2032-I attached with cat 5 cable same network and have no problems with email. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem. I know some 2 way functions of printers will not work with powerline adapters. Could I be having a similar situation. Thanks

Message says the Gateway is not configured, but I can't see if you have it configured in the first picture (hidden behind the message box).

I'd be surprised if the camera works on this powerline EXCEPT for that. Are you sure the cameras are running the same firmware? I assume you're trying the exact same mail settings in all three cases.
