Custom size enclosure

Hello there,

 

I was wondering if someone can point me the right direction on where to find a reasonably priced custom enclosure for an NVR etc...

 

I am looking to fit this into a specific space and need the size to be 15W x 21D x 8H - Most importantly, front loading.

Any sheet metal fabricator (see Yellow Pages or equivalent) should be able to cut, fold and weld a box up, fit a hinged door and a cam lock, drill or punch ventilation and cable entry holes, etc.
