The 2CD3132 is not a PTZ camera, so do not expect it to move much, no matter how hard you click on the arrows. You might want to take the camera (with your hands), and point it wherever you want it to look at.

CBX 0 Posted October 28, 2014 Well... The 2CD3132 is not a PTZ camera, so do not expect it to move much, no matter how hard you click on the arrows. You might want to take the camera (with your hands), and point it wherever you want it to look at. Having reviewed the firmware binary code of this model, and extensive code analysis in order to implement PTZ, I can confirm MindTwist is correct. Earthquakes may produce some movement, though of course it is hard to predict. If you wish to purchase my Earthquake prediction product please get in touch. Red66 0 Posted October 28, 2014 I also found that it's not ptz ; the seller told me it was, so i did look for a problem at first and not a missing function.. Camera is not accessible via web ( IE ) ( http ://192.168.4.201:8000 ) even with the 'web components' installed.. but with ivms, everything is fine..

For accessing with a web browser you need to use the web port (by default 80), not the data port (by default 8000). First time you access the camera you will need to install an ActiveX, which might be tricky. You might want to use Chrome or Firefox, I think it is easier (the first time it will make you download an EXE file, and run it one time).
