Can TRENDNET handle cold Temps and battery power / solar

Im looking for a camera that can meet the following specs.

 

1. Trigger it to take a < 100KB photo every 30 mins - 1 hour and send via ftp.

2. Operational in cold temperature (-10C to - 40C)

3. DC power from deep cycle battery (with solar panel)

4. Compatible with 3 or 4 G Gateway modem (Airlink Raven x or 400Gx) for network connectivity.

(note this means ethernet cable will be used to connect to modem so seperate means of powering is necessary - besides the POE since its using ethernet for the Modem)

5. Configure Remotely

6. Low power consumption < 5w (is ideal)

7. Do not need vision

8. cost < $450.00 CAD

 

I have a Mobotix M12 which works well but is out of my price range for next installation.

 

I was thinking to try the TRENDNET TV-IP302PI (Version v1.0R). At that price i guess it cant hurt.

 

Any suggestions?

look at hikvision and dahau...both have low power consumption..
