Anderino 0 Posted November 6, 2014 I have been scratching my head for a while now with this one... I am trying to do a smart search but the button is always greyed out, what am I doing wrong? Don Stephens 0 Posted November 9, 2014 What model DVR/NVR is it? The Smart Search feature isn't available on all models. Before you question that, Dahua has a pretty stupid habit of leaving things on their firmware sometimes that aren't always compatible with the device it's installed on. Don Stephens 0 Posted November 10, 2014 That model does support Smart Search so as long as you're sure you're using it correctly, the only other possibility is faulty firmware. Are you in single channel view when trying to use it? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
