Hi, I,m new and need advice please

I bought a Prokam cctv, (out of guarantee). Its packed in and tried to contact the above for advice. Emails, telephone. No response.

Are they still trading? They are no longer on ebay but appear to be still selling from their website

 

For no apparent reason its stopped working. The "Welcome screen" shows but nothing else. It bleeps periodically

 

Any chance of spares for these

 

If not any suggestions?
