Avi1975 0 Posted November 21, 2014 Hi, I just got my NVR3204V-P. When I try to boot it up, nothing appear on the screen, neither in the HDMI connection nor in the VGA. I know that it did boot up, since in the web interface I can see the NVR, can configure it and can see, record and playback the videos from the IPC connected to the NVR. What could be the problem, and what should I try to do? Thanks in advance, Avi

Avi1975 0 Posted November 29, 2014 Hi, It is LG LCD with VGA, and HDMI. On the same LCD which is connected to a computer, I can see the NVR with the web interface. I will try connecting it to a different LCD computer-monitor with VGA. Thanks
shockwave199 0 Posted November 29, 2014 Connected at the same time? If so, switch inputs on the monitor to see either the pc or the nvr.
Avi1975 0 Posted December 1, 2014 Hi, Of course I switched inputs but it didn't show up. But....when I tried a different monitor, it worked OK. I have no explanation for this but the bottom line is good. Now I hope I’ll have enough time in the weekend, to continue working with it. Hope that I will not have any more problems with it…. Thanks a lot to you
johnnycw 0 Posted December 1, 2014 Make sure the NVR's display resolution is set to something that is compatible with your display.

Thanks a lot to you Hi .... With connecting up to another monitor and everything was good then you might want to look at upgrading your hdmi cable Old type hdmi cables can give problems if using smart tv
