Camera issues about IR Leds

Hi

3 days ago I found put that one of the cameras had 3 IR leds that were not red at night, I was wondering if that is an issue because every couple of days 2-3 more IR leds go out. I just recently bought the camera and it is a i-Hawk bullet style camera.

Of course its an issue..return it..also dont post the same question in 3 different section on the website..
