Hey guys sorry if i have posted in the wrong place my bad

 

Anyhow i need some help with the ST5004HE-ECO i need any new firmware for it.

 

here is link i coded it just in case live links not allowed

They gave me a file but its saying its failed. File name is ST5004ECO-NEW_APR_2014[WEB]_setikdvrs_20140326.xpi

 

Any help would be great
