quak58 0 Posted December 7, 2014 Hi, I recently flashed 3.0.10 firmware onto the device and noticed that it has bricked it. Got the firmware from Hikvision global website version. File: Baseline Firmware_NVR (76NI-SE)_En_V3.0.10 141125 Before this I was running V2.3.10. The device now goes through the following: - Power up (power light green) - Double Beep - Hikvision NVR Splashscreen - Flashy rx/tx light - Flashy status light - Dead (no leds expect power on the front, and display signal dies too) All this while I was running a continuous ping on the device. It responds around the splash screen and then dies around the same time as the display. I was hoping if there is anyway I can restore it back to the previous firmware or perhaps fix this? Please advise.
Securame 0 Posted December 7, 2014 You can probably recover it with TFTP, you will need to download the old firmware first.

kevindx 0 Posted January 1, 2015 Download TFTP software from Hikvision Website, Change your PC IP to 192.0.0.128. Download the New or Old firmware and copy it to the TFTP server folder. Connect it to DVR using network cable. Power ON the DVR. The DVR should restart after 3 Minutes. Close the TFTP software or disconnect the cable.
