Don Stephens 0 Posted December 20, 2014 First and foremost, take and then post a screenshot of exactly what is on your screen as you see it. 1. Are you viewing it locally or remotely? 2. What is your download speed? 3. What is your upload speed? 4. Are you viewing the main stream or sub/extra stream? 5. What are you attempting to view it through (PC, tablet, smartphone...)? Additionally, listing the hardware your working with can help; to include model numbers, pictures, screenshots, brands, etc...(anything you can provide really) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
xhen 0 Posted December 22, 2014 i'm trying to view it locally and remotely my DL speed is 2.7 - 3 mbps the upload speed is .7 - 1 mbps i'm using main stream in any device but mainly in laptop i'm using iwatchyou-R2016E with 16 channel Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
