uglyb0b 0 Posted February 21, 2006 Ok… newbie question here. Suppose you get a bullet that you mount upside down and end up with your image being upside down on the monitor. In other words, the camera is designed to be mounted with the pedestal on the ceiling, but you mount it with the pedestal facing downwards. Can the camera be turned where it connects to the pedestal to correct the image? Can the inside of the camera be turned to correct the image? Does this depend on the camera? rory 0 Posted February 21, 2006 Normally you can just spin the camera to adjust it, by loosening a small lever on the mount, which tightens the camera inside the mount.
crirvine 0 Posted February 22, 2006 And the ansewr to question 2 is no I would not try to turn the inside of the camera. Just loosen the mount and roll the camera 180 degrees.
JMANOFNVS 0 Posted February 22, 2006 Yes what he said /\ messing with the camera inside could break loose a wire. Worse case take it down and flip it around.
