PC build for computer watching 35 cameras

Hi, I've got 34 analog cameras and 1 IP Full HD camera installed which are from TVT. There are also 4 cameras connected to a KGuard DVR and 6 IP Mobotix outdoor cameras. KGuard is watched through Windows XP virtual machine, Mobotix - from a web browser. TVT analogue cams are spreaded through 4 DVR's and I can watch them through NVMS-1000 software in our network. I must make a video wall for our security department to watch them all. What I'm planning is to build a computer with these specs and connect TV 40 inch for watching 35 cameras from TVT and 1 20 inch IIyama monitor on which they will keep an eye on the KGuard cameras.

I would max out the RAM, but also how much RAM is on the video card?

512MB DDR3 is on NVS 310р nvs 450 has also the same.

I read that this board supports 2x4GB DDR3 Samsung sticks, but I can't find them. For 40 euros I can buy Quadro NVS 450 - used here without warranty.

I see used HP Pro 3120 with 4 GB RAM has Gigabyte Radeon 4650 which has 1GB and has VGA, DVI and HDMI. I think this will be the best solution. If there is some way to unite the KGuard DVR with those TVT and watch them in one software it will be very good.

That's funny, a first generation i3 for 35 cameras. If I had 35 cameras and wanted a used server, I would be looking at a 2U rack mounted unit, with dual xeon processors, maybe an old HP Proliant DL380 and when I say old, a G6 or better (G7 or G8). You can find them cheap on eBay. RAM is not that important, I run 10 cameras, mostly 3MP with 4GB and it uses less than that, so 8GB is likely more than enough, of course that depends on the software and never heard of NVMS-1000.

Actually I want just to watch remotely all those cameras, not recording them on this HDD. I may go with used SSD - for 50 Euro. I've checked with HP Pro 3120 - RAM is not really that important as CPU. Watching 31 cameras with E5400 - 1 IP Full HD, others from 3 connected DVRs results in CPU at 90 Percent and ram at half load.Network is at 16-20Mbps. So the same seller is offering me HP xw8400 with 8GB DDR2 FB-DIMM 2x Xeon E5130, 2x 73GB SAS 15k and Nvidia Quadro NVS 285 128MB/64bit. I don't know if this video card will be enough. If it's not - I'm going to buy for 50 Euro some old. Thank you.
