dvr - no video on vga monitor

after power on dvr there is no video from vga output to lcd monitor, maybe something wrong with firmware ?

 

i can't find 3r standard08 service manual maybe there is a chance to flash dvr with new firmware but how ? ON the dvr motherboard i have many switches but doesnt know about them anything

How about other Video out ports ? HDMI ?

 

In Hikvision there is such problem, a malware makes all ports not working, then we got to upgrade the firmware but not sure about this.
