Best Camera System for buck

Hi,

 

I have a retail store and I'm looking to get a good camera system. I have Lorex LH120. I need 8 cameras and DVR. I have did some research here and on Google, but their are so many options. What I'm looking for is a camera system that can show a clear face image of a person in the store. Also, I would need the cameras to be accessible from mobile phone.

Side note, I have a silly question, would any DVR brand that is coax work with any coax camera brand?
