Question about IP Camera

Hello everybody

I meeting a troubles with my IP Camera,need your help!

After i tryed to connected to Onvif,the camera lost, I can't search the IP address by NVR and PC ,CMS too.

Now I think the only way to solved it is through telnet,But i do not have the user name and password, Now what can i do? is there any advice?

What happened that you cannot connect to the camera anymore? What did you do to the camera?
