ogieruiz 0 Posted January 20, 2015 I have a QSee QT428DVR and for whatever reason the mouse and all the buttons on he dvr quit working, I opened it up and everything is plugged in. I've unplugged and plugged this thing over and over and still can't get it to work.I am able to watch my cameras through the dvr but I cannot record or change any settings. s16454 0 Posted February 13, 2015 I had the same issues with my Q-See DVR. Visit the Q-See web site and download the latest updates. Follow their instructions carefully and install the updates. This solved my issues. If you continue to have the same problem after the updates, then look at the hard drive. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
